It’s odd. Every year on 9/11 I tend to be in the studio. Maybe it’s because we create to get over destruction. Coincidentally, this was a piece of the TEDxABQ Talk I did on Saturday. Production by Diles. On my album BE. Yesterday it was me and Camilo Quinones cooking a soon to be release track on relationships…get your radios ready.

On a broadcast TV segment with Leah Black called “Artist Spotlight” on My50-TV. A chance for me to do my “real sh#t” (Thanks Seth Rems, hahaha). Just kickin it with my girl Leah (a dope musician in her own right, look for that collabo in the near future). Happy for the opportunity, even my boss and chair of my department at UNM saw it, AND liked it (at least they were nice enough to say so!). The following 5 segments are blogged below in sequential order. Give thanks.
Weekday Talk Shows - Music Video by MY50-TV/CW.
This was an opportunity to do something fun and ridiculous and make people who watch TV, WATCH IT! Good times kickin’ it with Leah Black (MY50-TV VJ) and Seth (MY50-TV Producer/Cinematographer). We philosophized over the current state of music and how a “talent” like Rebecca Black is allowed to thrive financially. And then took ourselves far less seriously and laughed at absurdity of what you now see before you. Like I said, Good Times. Thanks to the crew at MY50-TV…Oh and Jerry, Steve and Maury? Ya’ll owe me some free promotion, homies. -hb
Catch a sneak peak of some free (for now…) music. Ill emcees. Respect to Jungle-One, Patch and Diles. Thanks for letting me get on this with ya’ll… -hb
